Jeremy Linder, a resident of the North Oregon Coast for more than 25 years, began his real estate career in Gearhart in 2006. He has excelled in the turbulent market in recent years by finding unique and profitable opportunities for his clients. Jeremy has received awards for his superior production each year since starting in the real estate industry.
Growing up Jeremy lived on a cattle ranch near Astoria, Oregon where his family still raises purebred cattle. Life on the ranch not only taught him a strong work ethic but gives Jeremy valuable experience with rural properties including farms, ranches and raw land for development. After high school Jeremy attended Oregon Institute of Technology (OIT) and majored in business. After college he worked in Southern Idaho in a sales and marketing position at a large agribusiness corporation.
After becoming engaged to his wife, also an Oregon Coast native, the decision on where to settle down and raise a family was easy: return to Oregon. Jeremy returned to Astoria, Oregon in 2003 where he currently lives with his wife and two children. He works out of the Kamali Sotheby’s Internation Realty office in the heart of Gearhart.
Jeremy attributes his early success to constant education on local, regional and national real estate market trends; leveraging technology to offer a superior client experience; constantly exploring and implementing new marketing tactics; and by giving his clients unbiased and honest advice.
