Farzahn Kamali, AIA
Principal Broker | Architect

Farzahn is a licenced real estate broker in Oregon and California, as well as being a licensed Architect in the State of Oregon. He currently acts as our Principal Broker, and is responsible for firm management and strategic planning.

Farzahn first came to Cannon Beach in 1980, when his folks opened "The Brass Lantern Restaurant" in mid-town. He holds a professional degree in Architecture from the University of Oregon, and has been involved in the design of projects all over the West, including the Oregon Coast Aquarium, the University of Oregon, Washington State University, and others.

From 2001 to 2006 he had an independent Real Estate brokerage in the San Francisco Bay Area, with an office in Mill Valley. He now lives at the north end of Cannon Beach with his wife and three kids.

Cole Horsley
Cannon Beach Real Estate Broker

Cole has been a licensed real estate agent since 1980, and is one of the top producing brokers in Cannon Beach. His real estate career began in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he worked for several years. In 1983 he moved to the Salt Lake City area where in addition to working in real estate he worked for Boston based Fidelity Investments. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Arizona State in 1980.

Cole can be found at the Kamali Company office just about every day, and his passion for his work is clear when talking with his many returning clients. He is an incredible resource for buyers and sellers of Cannon Beach Real Estate.

Cole resides in Cannon Beach with his daughter, Claire.

Kate Merrell
Broker

Kate joined Kamali & Company in June, 2008 and has been the top producing agent in Arch Cape for 2007 and 2008. Being a long-time Arch Cape resident, she believes in assisting clients in the area she knows the best. Kate is the only area broker that is a full-time Arch Cape resident, and her knowledge of the area is unparalleled.

Kate draws on her business experience and networking capabilities to maximize results for her buyers and sellers. She is innovative with marketing, and a solid negotiator. She has two degrees from Miami University - one in Horticulture, and one in American Studies.

Kate lives in Arch Cape with her husband and son.

Lyndsay Price
Broker

Lyndsay is a native Oregonian, born and raised in the Portland area. She grew up coming to Cannon Beach and Seaside with her family, and she fell in love with the rugged beauty of the coastal Pacific Northwest at a very young age. She now lives in Seaside, and assists clients in the Gearhart, Seaside, and Cannon Beach areas. She has an outgoing attitude, and represents her clients with the highest level of professionalism.

Prior to moving to the Coast, Lyndsay earned a Bachelors of Science in Physiology from the University of Oregon. She enjoys surfing, trail running, mountain biking, snowboarding and traveling. She has traveled to and lived in many other wonderful places but has always been drawn back to the Pacific Northwest.
